1. No Refunds

All sales are final once payment has been processed and the product delivered.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may be granted only if:

The product was not delivered within 48 hours due to a technical issue
The product is defective or not as described (proof required)

3. Unauthorized Purchases

If you believe your payment was made without authorization, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and take appropriate action.

4. Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks will result in permanent bans from future purchases and may lead to legal action if necessary.
